UK Shipping Method:
All UK orders are shipped using EVRI-tracked next day postage, ensuring trackable and efficient delivery to your doorstep.
Order shipped before 12pm will be received next day, after 12pm will be 48 hours.
International Shipping Method:
All International shipping is £9.99, we use Royal Mail 2nd class tracked & signed international postage, ensuring reliable and secure delivery to your doorstep.
Please note some international orders may incur additional charges or may be unable to be fulfilled, a full refund will be provided should this be the case.
Processing Time:
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Delivery Time:
Once dispatched, you can expect your order to be delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances affecting postal services.
For International shipping please allow within 10-14 business days.

Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from GO PAC. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your item.

As many of our products such as water bottles involve personal hygiene, items must be returned unused or we will refuse a refund.
