Do you accept returns? - Yes we can accept returns on the majority of our items, for hygiene reasons some items aren’t available to return unless unused. This particular item isn’t refundable unless unsealed (Pillow, Water bottles, Ear buds & personalised items are not refundable)
Do you provide a pre-paid returns? - Not at the moment! We can provide a refund for the original order value, minus delivery charges once the items are received and inspected. Please get proof of postage when returning.
Is this Washing machine friendly? - Our satin silk eye mask isn’t washing machine friendly due to the gentle silk, we recommend hand washing to keep longevity
