How quickly do you ship?
UK orders go out within 48 hours, weekdays. International orders 2–3 working days. Each kit is hand-folded, so we don't ship from a warehouse — we ship from our studio. Tracking lands in your inbox the moment Theo prints the label.
Can I customise a kit?
Yes — for orders over £80 we can swap items, add a personal note, or build a one-off kit from our full inventory. Email gopacuk@gmail.com with the kit you're starting from and what you'd like changed.
What's your return policy?
Travel with the kit for 30 days. If it doesn't earn its place in your bag, send it back (we'll cover UK return postage) and we'll refund the full amount. No quiz, no quibble — that's the promise.
Do you make corporate / wholesale orders?
We do small runs (50 kits and up) for hotels, retreats, airline lounges, and the occasional wedding. Lead time is 4–6 weeks. Drop us a note via the form above with "Press / partnership" and we'll send you our trade pack.
