These terms apply to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before buying.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Placing an order
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. We will send you an order confirmation email when we receive your order, but this does not mean your order has been accepted.
Order acceptance and the formation of a contract between you and GO PAC Ltd occurs when we dispatch your items and send you a shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there has been a pricing error.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the current UK rate of 20%. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
We take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is taken at the time of order.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of receiving payment. Once dispatched:
- UK Standard — 3–5 working days. Free on orders over £40; £3.99 on orders under £40.
- UK Express — 1–2 working days, £6.99.
- International — please contact us at gopacuk@gmail.com for international shipping options and rates.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control (such as adverse weather or customs hold-ups for international orders).
Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason. This is your statutory cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by emailing gopacuk@gmail.com.
Once you have notified us, you must return the items to us within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the items are faulty or not as described.
Returns (beyond the cooling-off period)
We also accept returns up to 30 days from delivery for any reason, provided items are:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as water bottles) cannot be returned once opened or used. These items are marked on their product pages.
To start a return, email us at gopacuk@gmail.com and we will send you return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We will also refund standard delivery charges if you are returning your entire order within the 14-day cooling-off period.
Faulty or damaged items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if items are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, or within 6 months for a repair or replacement.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at gopacuk@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is owned by or licensed to GO PAC Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Prohibited activities
When using our website, you must not:
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our site
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Post or transmit any harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GO PAC Ltd's liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. If you place an order after a change has been posted, you agree to the updated terms.
