Shipping

UK delivery

We dispatch all orders within 3 business days of receiving payment. Orders are shipped via Evri tracked delivery.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. During peak periods (e.g. Christmas), processing and delivery may take a little longer.

Order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received this within 4 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us at gopacuk@gmail.com.

International delivery

We ship internationally via Royal Mail 2nd class tracked & signed. International shipping costs £9.99 per order.

Please allow 10–14 business days for international delivery after dispatch. Some countries may be subject to customs duties or import taxes — these are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot guarantee delivery to all international destinations; if we are unable to fulfil your international order, we will issue a full refund.

Shipping restrictions

We are currently unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Returns

Our 30-day returns policy

We want you to love your GO PAC order. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return items within 30 days of delivery — no quibble.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In their original packaging with all tags and labels intact

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as water bottles cannot be returned once opened or used. Items that cannot be returned are clearly marked on their product pages.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at gopacuk@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack your items securely and send them back. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns may cause delays.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. We'll send you a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.

If you are returning your entire order within the statutory 14-day cooling-off period (under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), we will also refund standard delivery charges.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us at gopacuk@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage or packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Faulty items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if any item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Please contact us at gopacuk@gmail.com and we will make it right.
